Manhattan Valley Visioning Study Published

Assembly Member Daniel O'Donnell recently published results of a Manhattan Valley study. In the fall of 2009 Mr. O'Donnell approached the Pratt Institute and Municipal Art Society and asked them to undertake a "visioning" process with the residents of Manhattan Valley to outline the neighborhood's strengths and needs, as well as identify potential projects that could contribute to Manhattan Valley's future.
